Product pages and solution categories are intended for discovery and RFQ preparation. Final product name, material, size/capacity, pressure class, construction, fittings, colour, standards, warranty, packing and other supply details are those confirmed in the accepted quotation or technical document.
Submitting an enquiry or adding an item to the RFQ cart does not by itself create a binding sale. Price, taxes, freight, payment terms, delivery schedule, quantity, packing, technical scope and warranty are confirmed separately. An order is accepted according to the commercial documentation agreed between the parties.
Dealer, institutional, project, pan-India and export requirements can involve different transport, packing, inspection, marking, documentation and commercial terms. These are confirmed for the actual order rather than assumed from general website content.
Supporting records must be interpreted according to their issuing body, validity, scope and terms. Website users must not misuse company trademarks, documents, images, confidential quotations or system access. Third-party product/category references, where used for research or marketplace sourcing, do not transfer ownership of those brands or content.
